Ben Coulter, Lead Pastor
Ben has been the Senior Pastor at Immanuel Baptist since May of 2018. Ben is the husband of Sheffield Coulter, and the father of James, who is 6 years old, Sheffield Elisabeth, who is 3 years old, and Luke, who was born in February of 2021. Ben's passion is knowing Jesus and making disciples. His favorite verse is Philippians 3:10, "My goal is to know Him (Jesus), and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed even to His death." Ben was raised in Montrose, Arkansas, and graduated high school from Hamburg High in Hamburg, AR. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership and Ministry from Central Baptist College. He graduated with a Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2020 and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ben loves spending time with his family and reading. He is an avid Arkansas Razorback and St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Josh Herring, Worship Pastor
Josh has been the Worship Pastor at IBC Magnolia since May of 2019. He is married to Leanna, and they have three kids, Ben, Olivia, and Warren C. Herring. Josh is an avid Ole Miss Rebel fan. He loves spending time with family and grilling for his family and friends.
Stephanie Mobbs, Children's Director
Stephanie has been the Children's Director at IBC since the fall of 2019. Stephanie has been apart of IBC for over two decades. She is married to Damon, and they have three children, Beau, Kimber, and Caralee.
Joshua Lipscomb, Collegiate Pastor
Josh has been the Youth Pastor at IBC since the fall of 2020. Josh is a native of Gilmer, Texas, and is currently a senior at Southern Arkansas University. He is engaged to Charity Courtney.
Sebastian Bolin, Student Pastor
Sebastian has been the Youth Pastor at IBC since the fall of 2021. Sebastian is a native of Foulke, Arkansas and is a junior at Southern Arkansas University. He is also a member of the Mulerider Band at SAU.
